Back to Activities

Description
•Game starts with the ball in the keeper’s hands.
•Keeper passes to target player (’A’) who receives the ball and along with three light players attacks the other goal, 4 v.s 3.
•When this team gets over the midfield, they are replaced with three new players coming on from the sideline.
•If defending team gains possession, they play to their target player (’B’), and the game continues as before in the opposite direction.
•This is a coninuous flow game, so an ample supply of balls is needed within each goal.
