Description
•Black team defends goals marked ‘A’, whites defend goals marked ‘B’.
•Can play with as many players as available, but best with 4-5 / team.
•If more than that, use two balls if more touches on the ball is wanted.
Coaching Points
•Attacking and defending principles.
•The principles of attack are, at times, disguised, but still apply.
•Players should look to support and unbalance both with width, depth, and height of attack.
•Switching the point of attack.
•Channeling attackers when defending, putting them in positions where they are isolated.
