Description
•Ball can be moved up the field by throwing or punting.
•Shots must be taken off volleys or head. The ball may not touch the ground before going into the net.
•Interceptions can be made by catching only.
•Opposition gets possession if ball hits the ground.

Coaching Points
•Team with the ball must support well and move to create space.
•Far post positions are essential for scoring.
•Near and far post runs cause confusion for defenders and keepers.
•Keepers should recover quickly to goal when possession lost.

Comments:
Although this is more a ‘diversionary’ type activity, it is enjoyable and encourages good team play and attacking awareness.
From the keeper’s perspective, it provides high repetitions for goal mouth situations, encouraging decisive collecting technique and attention to distribution decisions after saves are made.
